These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JPAS (jpauctionsheet.com), a service operated by JP MANDALAR GLOBAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States ("JPAS", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or ordering a report, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Our Services

JPAS sells access to digital vehicle information reports compiled from third-party data sources. Depending on the product you select, this may include:

• Japanese auction sheet reports — records and images sourced from Japanese vehicle auction houses.
• US vehicle history reports — historical records relating to vehicles registered in the United States and Canada.
• US auction photo history reports — archived auction listings and photographs where available.

We sell access to recorded data as it exists in our sources at the time of your order. We do not inspect vehicles, and we do not sell any guarantee about a vehicle's actual condition, mileage, title status, or value.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including the VIN or chassis number you submit.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Pricing, Credits and Payment

• Prices and credit packages are displayed on our website and are payable in advance.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
• Credits purchased are applied to your account and are consumed when you order a report.
• A report is charged when it is ordered. Where no data is available for the VIN or chassis number you submitted, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund Policy.

4. Delivery

Delivery happens in two steps, and both are immediate:

• When your payment succeeds, the credits you purchased are added to your account balance immediately. No report has been generated at this point.
• When you spend a credit by submitting a VIN or chassis number, the report is generated and delivered to your account immediately, and a copy is sent to your registered email address.

If a credit is deducted but no report is delivered, contact us and we will restore the credit or refund you.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. In summary: unused credits in your account balance are refundable within 7 days of purchase; a report that has already been run cannot be cancelled, because it is generated and delivered to you immediately, but remains refundable where no data was found, the report failed to generate, or the report was duplicated, incorrect, or incomplete as described in that policy.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you are unhappy with a purchase, you agree to contact us at info@jpauctionsheet.com and allow us 2-3 business days to resolve the issue before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Where a chargeback is opened for an order that was delivered as described, we will respond with evidence of the transaction, including your order record, delivery timestamp, the report supplied, and your acceptance of these Terms. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law or your right to dispute a transaction you did not authorise.

7. Data Accuracy and Third-Party Sources

Our reports are compiled from third-party sources. While we take reasonable care to deliver the data accurately and completely as we receive it, you acknowledge that:

• The completeness and accuracy of the underlying records is determined by those third parties, not by JPAS.
• An absence of records does not mean an absence of incidents. A vehicle may have damage, accidents, or history that was never reported to any database.
• Records may be updated, corrected, or withdrawn by the source after your report is generated.
• Our reports are provided for information only and are not a substitute for a physical inspection by a qualified mechanic or inspector.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JPAS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our reports, including loss of profit or loss arising from a vehicle purchase decision. Our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Acceptable Use

• Reports are licensed for your own use in evaluating a vehicle. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our reports as your own product.
• You may not use automated means to access our service, attempt to circumvent credit limits, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The JPAS platform, branding, and report presentation are our property or licensed to us. JPAS is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle history brand, auction house, or vehicle manufacturer. All third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for identification purposes.

11. Privacy

JPAS respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. When you use our platform, we collect the data necessary to provide the service, such as VIN or chassis numbers, contact details, and transaction history.

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We share data with third parties only where necessary to deliver the service — for example with our data providers to generate your report, and with our payment providers to process your payment.
• We retain order and delivery records, including timestamps, as proof of service delivery and to respond to payment disputes.
• We apply security measures to prevent unauthorised access to your information.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
