Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 September 2026
JPAS (jpauctionsheet.com) is operated by JP MANDALAR GLOBAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website and services, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
If you have any question about this policy, or you want a copy of your data or want it deleted, email info@jpauctionsheet.com.
1. Information You Give Us
- Account details. Your name, email address and country when you register, and a password which we store only as an irreversible hash — we never see or store your actual password.
- Vehicle searches. The VIN or chassis numbers you search for, and the reports produced from them.
- Files you send us. Auction sheet images you upload for translation, and the details you give when you ask us to find an auction sheet by hand.
- Support messages. Anything you write to us through the support page or by email.
- Feedback. If you leave feedback and we approve it, your feedback and your name are shown publicly on our website. Do not include anything in feedback that you do not want made public.
2. Information We Collect Automatically
- Technical data. Your IP address, browser type and the times you sign in.
- Country. Detected from your connection when you register, so we can show the right currency and payment methods. You can change it.
- Records of agreement. When you tick the box to accept our Terms and Refund Policy at checkout, we record the date, time, IP address, browser and the version of the policy you accepted.
- Report delivery records. When a report is generated, emailed to you, opened or printed, we record the time, IP address and browser.
The last two are kept for one specific reason: if a payment is later disputed with a bank or card issuer, these records are how we show that you asked for the report, that it was delivered, and that you received it.
3. Payment Information
We never see or store your card number. Card details are entered directly with our payment providers and never reach our servers.
What we do receive and keep from the payment provider is: the cardholder's name, the billing address, the amount, the currency, the payment method and the provider's own reference for the transaction. We keep these because they are required to prove a legitimate sale if a payment is disputed, and for our accounting and tax records.
4. Why We Use Your Information
| What we use it for | Why we are allowed to |
|---|---|
| Creating your account, taking payment and delivering reports | To perform the contract you entered into with us |
| Sending the report to your email, and service messages such as password resets and one-time codes | To perform the contract you entered into with us |
| Keeping records of agreement, delivery and payment | Our legitimate interest in defending payment disputes and preventing fraud, and our legal obligation to keep accounting records |
| Limiting how many free checks one person or one address can run | Our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and within our data providers' limits |
| Occasional emails about your balance or our services | Our legitimate interest in serving existing customers — every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link |
5. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share only what is needed with the companies that make the service work:
| Who | What they receive |
|---|---|
| Stripe and PayPal (card and wallet payments) | Your email address, the amount and the order details. They collect your card or account details directly. |
| KBZ Pay (Myanmar payments) | The amount and order details needed to take payment. |
| Our vehicle data providers, including JP Center (jpcenter.ru) for Japanese auction sheets, and our United States and Canada vehicle history and auction photo providers | Only the VIN or chassis number you searched for. We do not send them your name, email or any other personal detail. |
| Cloudflare (security and content delivery) | Your IP address and request details, as traffic passes through their network to reach our site. |
| Our email provider | Your email address and the message or report being sent to you. |
| Google (advertising measurement) | See section 6 below. |
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim — a chargeback being the most common example.
6. Cookies and Tracking
- Sign-in cookie. When you sign in we set a cookie that keeps you signed in. It is required for the site to work and cannot be turned off while you are using your account.
- Google Ads tag. Our public pages include a Google advertising tag, which lets us measure how many visitors who saw one of our adverts went on to sign up or buy. Google may set its own cookies through this tag. You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies entirely.
We do not use analytics that build a profile of you across other websites beyond the advertising tag described above.
7. How Long We Keep It
- Generated reports are removed from your account roughly 15 days after they are produced. Please download or print anything you want to keep. A record that the report was run is retained.
- Payment, order and agreement records are kept for at least 7 years, because tax and accounting rules require it and because card disputes can be raised long after a purchase.
- Account details are kept while your account is open, and afterwards only as part of the payment records described above.
- Uploaded auction sheet images are kept while we need them to do the work and to show you the result.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You can also withdraw consent to marketing email at any time — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects service emails such as your reports or password resets.
Email info@jpauctionsheet.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. Please note that we cannot delete payment and order records that we are legally required to keep, and we cannot delete a report that has already been delivered to you.
9. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes, card details never reach our servers, and access to customer records is limited to the people who operate the service. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your personal data we will tell you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
10. International Transfers
We are a United States company and our service providers operate in several countries, so your information will be processed outside the country you live in. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards our providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Children
Our service is for businesses and adults buying or importing vehicles. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you by email or a notice in your account.
